Norhan 19, and Nasreen 21, are two young Iraqi women who have been captured by ISIS and claim to have become sex slaves to ISIS for months until they each managed to escape. Zainab travels to Iraq to speak to both women who share the stories of their capture, their imprisonment and what they endured, and their final escape. Vian Dakhil is an Iraqi parliamentarian who gained international attention for her advocacy for the plight of Yazidi women captured by ISIS upon their capture of the Sinjar Mountains in 2014. Vian, known for her outspoken passionate plea for the plight of those who suffered from ISIS crimes, is the most wanted woman by ISIS. She joins the Nida’a Show to comment on Nasreen and Norhan’s testimony and shed light on the plight of the humanitarian crisis in Iraq.
